Perfect location with tram stop right beside the hotel. Quiet surroundings with a lovely playground nearby. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my short stay.

The staff at Hotel Twenty Eight were so helpful and accommodating. When I had a problem with my Mastercard at check-out, they were pretty good too find a solution, even accepting cash after a bit of persuasion. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and tea bags conveniently provided. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I had a positive experience at Hotel Twenty Eight and would recommend it to others.

The rooms were spacious and had modern interiors, including lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation, such as tram and bus stops just outside the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. there were bars, cafes, and a supermarket nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.
One drawback was that the one-bedroom option was a bit small for families with two young kids. It would be better to opt for the two-bedroom apartment to ensure more space for everyone.
